We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your pieces! Because we offer a curated mix of both brand-new and pre-owned fashion, our return rules are split by department to ensure we can keep our prices as low as possible:

• New Items: We gladly accept returns on all items from our New Department within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns will be issued as store credit.
• Pre-Owned Items: To keep our pre-owned collection incredibly affordable, all items in our Pre-Owned Department are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Every pre-owned item is thoroughly inspected, sanitized, and explicitly described so you know exactly what you are getting.

FAQ: “Brands You Love”

1- Belle Allure Collection ships packages with USPS, UPS etc. / Tracking number provided.

2- Overweight charges will be added to certain products.. Shipping carriers charge overage fees to deliver packages that are over the weight and/ or dimension limits on the shipping label at checkout. 

Note: Packages over one pound are always rounded up to the nearest pound. For example, item that weights 3.25 lb will required a 4 lb label.

Overseas Shipping:

Shipping Policy’s for Overseas/ International 

These  item are exclusive piece shipped directly from our international fulfillment hub. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing and 14 to 25 business days for delivery.

If you order this alongside our standard domestic items, your items will arrive in separate packages. Thank you for your patience!

 

⏱️ The 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your tracking link marked the package as "Delivered" to request a return or exchange. Items sent back after this 14-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.

👗 Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or store credit, your items must meet the following criteria:

• Must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Must have all original tags, labels, and protective packaging still attached.
• Must be entirely free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or perfume odors.

✈️ Returns for International & Overseas Items

To keep our collection unique, a small selection of our curated pieces are shipped from our overseas hubs.

• Return Address: All international and overseas items must be sent back directly to our domestic office headquarters for evaluation, not back to the international address printed on your shipping label.
• Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping label costs for international/overseas items unless the garment arrived physically defective or damaged.

🛑 Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety standards, the following items are strictly Final Saleand cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

• Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Intimates
• Earrings and Jewelry
• Items purchased during a Clearance, Flash Sale, or marked as "Final Sale"

💰 How Refunds Are Processed

Once our team receives and inspects your returned package at our facility, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

• Approved returns will be issued via store credit. Once item is return. 
• Please note that your banking institution may require an additional 2–7 business days to post the credit back to your account statement., for original payment orders only.

Do not mail your package back without contacting us first! To initiate a return, please email us at style@belleallurecollection.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions within 24 hours.
